To be an agile organization, all our processes must be so, including our development methodology: Scrum, which helps provide our customers with a transparent, iterative development process that simplify and encourage change and interaction between developers and customers.

A project, as it grows, it may deviate from its original plan. Why write on stone a requirement documents that limits change? Cooperation with the client must be above any document and as developer embracing change is an idea that we are happy to champion.

The customer must have control over his product, be a part of it, understand how it evolves and change its direction over its development lifecyle. Otherwise he may finding out at the last minute that the completed product is incorrect.
